This is a gift for my sister Maddie-Cakes! She started a new account too, and I wanted her to have a sweet new icon! It's only the second one I've ever done, but I've changed the blinking so hopefully it looks a little better! (Not sure about the speed yet, but it's getting better bit by bit!

I chose to do Gabrielle, one of her under-used OCs! hehe! Hope you like it, Maddie!
